Cold-press juicing is more beneficial because there is no heat derived while juicing, resulting in maximum amount of nutrients, amino acids, phytonutrients, minerals, and enzymes. High volumes of vital enzymes and nutrients are consumed with every sip. Additionally, cold-pressed juice can be bottled and hold a shelf life of 3-4 days.
